Ectogenesis would liberate women from the physical strain caused by pregnancy.  A lot of ethical questions are raised on the subject the majority of which I find irrelavant.  Many couples hold off having children til later in life if at all.  This would allow the opportunity for more established families, that have the resources to have children.
